• 2+ years of professional experience in Reception, Front Desk, or Administrative related role

o Experience in a Veterinary Clinic or Animal Shelter is preferred

• Experience with Ezyvet or Hospital Information Systems (Digitail, eVetPractice,Cornerstone etc.) preferred

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task

• Willing and able to provide exceptional customer service

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• Must be a “night” person
