Leading research data platform seeking a Director of Marketing, Demand Generation to lead marketing efforts for the company. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director will lead a small, talented team of markers and build the function into a predictive, lead generating engine.

Location: Remote U.S.
As our ideal candidate, you are:
•A Demand Generation Pro: You’ve had previous, hands-on experience scaling digital acquisition channels (non-paid and paid) and building account-based marketing campaigns. You’ve developed targeted marketing programs with proven results, and optimized funnel metrics.
•B2B SaaS and healthcare experience: You are familiar with B2B software marketing, and, have worked in digital health companies previously.
•Curious & Willing: You believe in a learning mindset and are always looking for new channels to test and experiment with. You don’t mind being wrong if it means you are learning and teaching others.
You have a knack for creating processes and frameworks from scratch, testing and iterating to develop scalable best practices.
•Owns all aspects of marketing strategy and leadership
•Leading, optimizing and reporting about all demand generation activities
•Drive funnel process in partnership with sales leadership and define the buyer journey and target market segmentation
•Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Product) to hit business goals
•Prioritizes and defines work and projects for the team and partners
•Owns monthly/quarterly marketing scorecard
•Owns budget (tracking support from team)
•Manages and guides marketing team members and vendor partnerships
•Developing and socializing the comprehensive marketing plan
What would make you a great fit:
•Experienced and effective team leader, with 7-10+ years of professional experience ideally in healthcare (life sciences is a plus), B2B, SaaS and demand generation
•Expert in optimizing and scaling marketing programs and teams, preferably within a startup environment
•Comfort with constant, dynamic and exciting change as we are a trailblazing team
•Ability to move quickly, problem solve on the fly and present new ideas
•Have a strong point of view and ability to get others on board with new ideas
•Self-starter, comfortable with defining goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs – and delivering against them
