SUMMARY

The Marketing Automation Specialist optimizes our digital outreach, leveraging best practices and emerging trends to maximize contact opportunities. This position is responsible for execution of all marketing automation campaigns, directly driving engagement and revenue. The successful candidate will have an ability to synthesize complex ideas into executable campaigns, as well as a solid understanding of judging the value of campaigns, defined by KPIs and measurable results.

FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES

· Works directly with the Brand Marketing and Digital Experience teams to establish and execute a marketing automation strategy

· Executes email campaigns in Salesforce/Pardot Marketing Automation system including building multi-touch campaigns, logic streams, automation rules, creation of segments, forms and landing pages, email content creation, and deployment

· Interprets and implements digital best practices for email, personalization, segmentation, and data-capture from forms and landing pages

· Analyzes, tracks and reports on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel

· Partners cross-functionally to design and implement campaign tests, and apply results

· Collaborates with IT and other partners on tool development, such as data integration and API delivery

· Partners cross-functionally to manage data integrity, maximizing ability to market to contacts

· Provides internal consultation on Salesforce/Pardot capabilities and marketing automation strategies

· Manages vendor relationships, estimate requests, PO creation/invoice approval

· Develops project timelines, schedules kick-offs, and manages projects day-to-day through completion

· Manages budgets tracking and reporting

Must-Haves:

  • BS/BA required in Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years working in a marketing automation function, email marketing experience required, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with an enterprise CRM/Marketing Automation platform required, Salesforce/Pardot specifically a plus
  • Experience measuring impact and value of campaigns and touches, using best-practice analytics and testing protocols

Nice-To-Haves:

  •  Experience with lead gen and multi-touch nurture streams preferred
  • Experience in enterprise web analytics preferred
