The Videographer is responsible for supporting a branded experience through the recording and editing of videos and company events as needed.
This will include videos meant to: instruct/teach (onboarding, product and selling, etc.), engage (leadership messages, meeting footage) and to support telling our brand story.
Specifically, this position will:
Support visual story telling by the creation of video products from pre-production planning to final delivery.
Produce high quality videos in studio and in stores as needed to include: reactive, ad-hoc, product launch, educational training, leadership messages and large scale meeting support.
In partnership with stakeholders and creative services, author storyboards and scripts.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key subject matter expert groups to ensure alignment across business functions.
Use working knowledge of appropriate camera settings, lighting, audio, and other video equipment to obtain optimal results.
Edit, organize and accurately name and archive digital asset files.
Work closely with graphic designers to implement graphic elements in video projects.
Ensure the brand aesthetic is successfully translated into high quality visual assets.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Capable of multi-tasking; able to manage and prioritize workload efficiently.
Communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Adapt and react quickly to changing schedules and environments.

3-5 years of experience in videography/media
In depth knowledge of DSLR camera operation, script writing/adaptation
Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Must have a basic understanding of set lighting, audio recording, and video/audio monitoring
Must feel comfortable vocalizing talent needs during a shoot
Studio and field experience a plus
Must have a positive attitude, show initiative, and possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must have good auditory and visual acuity
Graphic design experience a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment under tight deadlines
Must be able to perform the physical tasks necessary to perform videography work such as moderate lifting and carrying of video equipment; standing or sitting for long periods of time
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
