Required skills and experience:

• Bachelor degree in HR or relevant study (Master’s degree preferred)

• You have 5+ years of recruitment experience in a SaaS or hyper-growth start-up environment

• Experience in a fast-paced role in healthcare IT, healthcare operations, or healthcare consulting preferred

• You have impeccable interviewing skills; you also have recruitment skills and know-how that meets the social demand of today

• You thrive in a culture of learning and speed and a high sense of urgency

• You believe in the highest recruitment standards, including an incredible candidate experience and a strong partnership with hiring managers


What you need to know:

• The overarching goal of the Recruiting Lead is to drive talent acquisition efforts company wide with open roles across engineering, data science, clinical, and more. You will be responsible for finding, hiring, and growing our teams.

• Design and own the entire recruitment process and logistics for our teams from top to bottom

• Establish relationships with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges, and team style; use this information to attract top candidates


Location: Nashville, TN (preferred)

This role can be remote or based in Nashville. Will consider qualified candidates from anywhere in US.
