Job Description:

The National Pardot Administrator will assist in managing the Salesforce Pardot and Engage platforms . Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Enablement Leader, the National Pardot Administrator will monitor system usage, ensuring opportunities for improvement are identified and escalated for resolution, field user adoption including onboarding, training and ongoing support, and assist with reporting and license management.

 

 

Attributes/Skills:

B2B Analytics Experience Preferred

HTML Required

Salesforce Advanced User Required

Pardot Certifications Level 1 required but Level 2 preferred

Smartsheet Preferred

 

Specific Job Duties:

 

Engage Monitor Engage Admin chatter, support discussion Provide news and updates to all Engage Admins through Chatter.

 

Engage National Producer Engage Activity Report Manage SF reports to provide Engage usage summary, communicate to MarComm and key stakeholders

 

Engage Problem solve sync errors Sync errors can originate from either platform and require investigation in both systems. Cody is one of few MMA ppl who sits with Admin access in both platforms so he gets all the sync error questions.

 

Pardot Engage Onboarding Requests Support regions inquiring about using Engage.

 

Pardot Pardot Tag Management- National Oversight Consolidate tags, delete tags created by mistake, coach on needed tags

 

Pardot Support Pardot questions for regions not using Pardot Support and investigate Salesforce inquiries from Canada, SE, Bouchard, Trion and Corporate

 

Pardot Pardot Onboarding Requests Support agencies and regions inquiring about using Pardot

 

Pardot User Management Manage and support permission settings for 1,600 Users

 

Pardot Contact Allocations manage regional allocations lists and automation rule

 

Pardot Pardot Reporting- Dashboards (set up & coordination with SF Team) Likely coming up in Q1

 

Pardot Salesforce Pardot Service Notifications / Upcoming Pardot Releases Pardot is consistently rolling out new tools and phasing out old ones.

 

Pardot Support Internal Communications Answer and investigate employee list questions for all regions

 

Pardot Pardot Q&A General questions and support MarComm users of Pardot.

 

Pardot Social Connector Oauth token reminders Facebook and LinkedIn require each connected account re-verify passwords quarterly

 

Pardot Support questions for new builds Support team inquiries and provide coaching on projects

 

Smartsheet Engage license administration Manage license requests in Smartsheet, create users in Pardot and inform Katerina to grant Engage licenses

 

Smartsheet Engage license reassignments Coordinate with regional Engage Admins and make the request to SF team to revoke license
